This method does not accept any parameters

plan

object

The plan object which contains the following fields:

name

string

The name for the upgrade

height

string

The height at which the upgrade must be performed

info

string

The application specific upgrade info

upgraded_client_state

object

An object which contains the following fields:

type_url

string

A URL/resource name that uniquely identifies the type of the serialized protocol buffer message

value

string

A valid serialized protocol buffer of the above specified type
