The owner address, encoded in hexString

frozen_balance

REQUIRED

The TRX stake amount in sun(units)

resource

REQUIRED

The TRX stake type, it can be BANDWIDTH or ENERGY

permission_id

integer

The ID of the permission that is required to execute the transaction

A boolean value indicating whether the address is in base58 format
